We provided a full turnkey package including provision of information to support the building warrant application, design consultation, manufacture, foundations, delivery, general install of the modular building, and mechanical and electrical installation, ensuring compliance with all relevant building standards, and producing all relevant H&S information at handover.

The 9 bay 265m2 building consisted of a main teaching (3-5 play area) for the nursery children, a Servery Kitchen, Nursery Toilets, Accessible WC, with a Cleaners Store/ Utility, Storeroom, Nursery Cloakroom, Office Room, Parents room, and a Boot Room. With the external appearance of the building finished in cedar cladding with a canopy at the entrance to give a contemporary feel.
